You can do so by selecting the translation and clicking Copy in the lower bar.

After translating a webpage, right-clicking the text could show correction options on the context menu. For example, on a random website, I click on the translation icon (address bar) and it gets translated. While reading it, I see an incorrect translation. I right-click it and a “Suggest Correction” button shows with the other normal action buttons of the context menu. Clicking on it makes a text field to show, where I can enter my translation and send it to my language's Translator team. If the team agrees with my translation, they can update it on the database, improving Microsoft Translator's accuracy.
