Return the "use camera to translate text instantly" feature
In older versions of Microsoft Translator UWP, you can use camera to translate text instantly and overlay the text with translation in realtime. This is very convenient and helpful in many scenarios. In 5.2.0.0 this feature is gone. Please bring it back!

To be able to listen to the source language
I liked these new features, its icon, colors and others things, but one of the most important thinks is you could hear the other language.
For example, I'm brasilian and when I write an English word, I would like to listen the pronunciation, but now I can't do this.
Please, bring back, or show me how do this.26 votes -

FAVORITE languages
I use the translator for several languages. Switching between them takes a lot of time - because of a long list of languages.
Can you, please, introduce "last used" or "most used" languages as first items of the languages list. Or add some "quick" buttons (English-German, Spanish-Italian, etc.), which the user can have as favorites? Not a lot of work for you, but a huge time saver for users.

Phrasebook
There should be a way of alerting the developers that a translation is incorrect. Especially within the phrasebook! That incorrect sentences exist there is a big problem.
For example in the German phrasebook, in the "shopping" section the translation for "Is it free?" should be "Ist das kostenlos?" but instead is "Ist hier frei?", which means "Is here available?" as though asking if a seat is taken.
7 votesThanks for your feedback on the Microsoft Translator forum.
Your feedback has two issues. Firstly, the language mistake that you noticed. We will fix this shortly and thank you for pointing this out to us.
Secondly the desire to be able to send in translation errors. For now, this forum is the way to send translation errors to the Translator Team.
Sincerely,
Gwenda

Issue in Croatian phrasebook
Languages are not capitalised in Croatian, so "I don't speak Croatian." should be translated as "Ne govorim hrvatski.", not "Ne govorim Hrvatski.", and "I speak English." should be translated as "Govorim engleski.", not "Govorim Engleski."

Issue in French phrasebook
Languages are not capitalised in French, so "I don't speak French." should be translated as "Je ne parle pas français.", not "Je ne parle pas Français.", and "I speak English." should be translated as "Je parle anglais.", not "Je parle Anglais."
This issue also exists in the Croatian phrasebook, so you might want to check other languages for it as well.6 votes -

Words with multiple meanings aren't properly displayed
There is always only one meaning displayed for any word, including a word with multiple meanings. Try translating "content" from English to Chinese, and we get "內容" - when in fact it means "內容", "含量", or "滿足". Maybe displaying "內容; 含量; 滿足" would be better than just "內容".

Correct translation errors
Installed latest version of Translator for Windows 10. Norwegian -> English "Unable to translate" error message when trying to translate lots of words; other words is translated wrong: Norwegian word for "vise" is translated to "clock". lots of other words also translate wrong. Only words that is equal or almost equal in Norwegian and English is translated correct.
Synonyms get only one of the possible translation (has been a problem for a long time). This is giving strange results when a whole sentence is typed.5 votes -
