There's a Translator Edge browser extension available on the Store. It's great!

However, it would be really cool if that could not only translate text on a web page, but run OCR on any images and translate any text it finds there.

Hello, got the idea that something runs not really well with ms translator @ the moment ?) Could it be....

Supply word articles which shows different translations, meanings and different forms (e.g. Past, Perfect) such as Abby Lingvo has.
Also within a text translation several word translations should be offered

Translate the GUI in more languages, like Dutch

Translator is very simple and translation is incorrect sometimes. Online dictionary www.multitran.ru is far more advanced.

For many Chinese-Students it would be incredibly helpful to get an image translation from Chinese signs (hanzi) to romanization (pinyin).
When translating from simplified Chinese to traditional Chinese the app already provides the romanization, but only in a separate text-box. Especially for Chinese workbooks it would be very helpful if the romanization could be displayed in the image, just like English would.
To me it seems like the technology is already there, but the option is not

Let's say that I am listening to several sentences. It would be extremely helpful to be able to HIGHLIGHT a word, phrase or sentence and then be able to listen to that hard part several times.

I am learning (struggling to learn) German. I type in 8-10 sentences in English. Then I LISTEN to the translation over and over. It would be great to have a PAUSE button.
