it is really beneficial for users if there is an app available for Microsoft Translator in Linux, macOS, Firefox and Chrome store

At church we know a young woman with a severe hearing impairment. We usually provide someone to translate sermons, lessons, etc. into ASL, but they are not always available.

We want to provide her with a device that will translate the the conversations around her into text.

Translator seems like it would do the job, but the mic keeps shutting off while people are still talking.

Is there anyway we can just turn on the mic? Or extend its listening time?

right now you need to copy the text then paste it into a translation service like Google. Takes too much time.

Right now the app cuts off the speaker and begins translating prematurely. It doesn't account for pauses in speech. It would be great to have a setting forcing the app to wait x amount of time before translating.
